About
Lady Snowblood, a samurai trained from childhood, carried her sword in her parasol. Mary Poppins used an umbrella to travel; Ms. Snowblood, a trickster-assassin, carries the parasol with mincing, feminine politeness, her sword camoflaged in the handle.
Jessica Fenlon is an artist & poet, a student of the language inherent to all things. She uses this blog as a digital collection point for internal references, collaging the mental ephemera that relates to her artwork & poetry production, even if those concerns are sideways (concerns of form) rather than direct (concerns of content).
Ms Fenlon lives and works in Chicago, IL.
